Subject: When the temperature and humidity are high, defrost water will overflow from the
evaporating pan onto the floor
Model(s) Affected: NR-B32SX1, NR-B32SW1, NR-B32SG1
Symptom / The performance of evaporating the defrosted water is not adequate enough
Cause: As the heat from the compressor does not directly conduct to the evaporating pan.

Service Countermeasure
Remove any water from the evaporating pan before applying the Rubber Butyl
Fixing screws are located in the 3rd hole.
1. Remove the fixing screws. Caution : Be careful Not to break the discharge pipe.
2. While the evaporating pan is slightly moved upwards, place the Rubber Butyl on the top of compressor.
3.Replace the evaporating pan and fix the screws to the 2nd hole from the top as shown in the picture.
