Solution: If the customer should complain of the symptom above please add the following.
On the "A" Board add jumper JW637.
Add a .47uf/50v capacitor P/N 1-126-959-11 Between IC/401/pin 4 & 6. The positive
side of the capacitor should be connected to IC401/pin 4.
