New Tool

Description MAKITA 150mm Double Action Sander

CONCEPTION AND MAIN APPLICATIONS
While the existing orbital sanders grind only by its orbital
movement, we developed the new sander with the features of
Orbital Sander and Disk Sander respectively by double
action function which is made of orbital movement plus
rotating movement. Or we might say the factors of Disk Sander
are included into Orbital Sander.

Features and benefits
1.High Efficiency, Beautiful Finish
Owing to the rotation + orbital movement of pad, the grinding efficiency is very high and the finish is so beautiful.
2.Flat Ground Surface
When you grind by Disk Sander, sometimes there is difference in level around the circumference of paper or you
grind too much, and it is difficult to get a flat finished surface. However, you can grind flat and uniformly by this
machine because the pad moves in orbit and the whole sides of pad can be applied to the ground face.
3.Using Sanding Paper with adhesive
Since the sanding disk paper with adhesive is used, you can attach and remove. Easily without tools, and the paper
comes off perfectly because of the special shape of pad surface.
4.Small and Light Weight
The body weight is very light, 1.8kgs, and the vibration is small. So, you can operate it for long hours without
exhaustion.

The standard equipment for the tools shown may differ from country to country.
Repair
(1) How to remove pads
Insert Spanner 13 into the chamfer, turn the pad to left, and the pad can be removed.
(2) How to remove Ball bearing #6201LLB in Spindle
When you remove Ballbearing6201LLB inserted into Spindle,
first take off R-32 (hole) and put the chamfer of connector
between vices so that it may not be damaged. Then hit the
circumference of Spindle by hammer, and you can take out the
Bearing.
