Features and benefits
1. This product is safe for electric shock due to the housing made of resin and double insulation. Light weight
and compactness ensure easy use of this model.
2. The use of ball bearing has improved durability of this product.
3. Adopting the same motor housing and carry hook as 6000R has ensured easy use of the drill. Problems of
machine space in working in high or narrow places was also resolved.
Capacity
1) The drilling capacity of 6510PB is almost the same as 6400 and 6000R for 10mm iron drilling as shown in the
following comparison table.
Material Aluminum plate Cast iron Mild steel plate
Test method Through- drilling time Trilling depth Trilling depth
for thickness 17mm for 30 sec. for 60 sec.
6510PB 18 sec. 13mm 6mm
Model 6400 17 sec. 12mm 7mm
6000R 18sec. 13mm 6mm

2) The drilling capacity of 6500PB and 6100 for 6.5 mm iron is shown in the following comparison table.
Material Aluminum plate Cast iron Mild steel plate
Test method Through- drilling time Trilling depth Trilling depth
for thickness 17mm for 30 sec. for 60 sec.
6500PB 17 sec. 23mm 17 sec.
Model
6100 12 sec. 25mm 18 sec.

(Above comparison tests was done in the condition of the machine pressed horizontally with the
pressure of approx.20kg)

Repair
(1) Press-in of helical gear
Helical gear 63 is pressed in the spindle. Make sure to press in helical gear correctly to avoid
gear entangling.

Parts Differences in 6500PB and 6510 PB
