Subject: Correction of the Instruction Manual.
Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer.
Symptom: We corrected the Instruction Manual. The pitch range at "+6~-6%"
has been changed from "0.1%" to "0.05%".
Solution: We uploaded the corrected Instruction Manual.

Indication on the version label is "Z" and "None".
