Subject: Correction of the Firmware via DFW (D&M Firmware Writer).
Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer.
Symptom: 1) Crackling noise on surround back speakers during playback of
DTS-HD-MSTR 6.1 disc (BD "The Descent")
2) There is the case that the sound does not output from the subwoofer when
turn on the power of the unit in the state that Multi EQ is Enabled.
Solution: We corrected the firmware so that no malfunction occurs.
METHOD OF UPDATE the firmware via RS232C We will supply the following
program files for updating the subject models. Please refer to the following
Instruction Manual for updating.
