Model: AVR-4308CI, AVR-3808CI
Subject: Countermeasure for a malfunction reported from the market.
Symptom: When a Specific Display (SHARP LCD Display AQUOS RX series,
GX3/4 series, and P series) is connected to the A/V amplifier using an HDMI
cable. The Picture is distorted when a 1080i or 720p video signal is input to the
HDMI terminal of the A/V amplifier, and the HDMI output of the A/V amplifier is
set to 1080p.
Solution: Please apply the following modification to your customer's unit upon
claim.
1) Attach the rubber sheet on between capacitor and printing board.
2) Attach the capacitor on the FOIL side of 1U-3799 DIGITAL UNIT.
