Subject: Countermeasure for HDMI malfunction
Symptom: Only 480p picture outputs when a DVD-1930, 1920, 1730 connects
to the AVR-2807, 987 amplifiers using an HDMI connection and AVR-2807, 987
amplifiers connect to the Display using a DVI connection.
Solution: The MICON software has been updated. Please install the
Exclusive Writer Software to a PC and rewrite your customer's unit upon claim.
