Subject: Countermeasures for particular disc complaints.
Symptom: When playing particular disc(s)
1) The picture movement on the display stops or sound interrupts approximately
once every 10 minutes.
2) The unit is incapable of playing back a copy-protected European version
CDDA.
Solution: Firmware update. Please apply the following modifications to the unit
upon claim only.
