Dismantling: · · · · · · · · · Shaving foil frame (2) Cutter block (3) Cutter block support with foam rubber seal (5). Housing support (16). Housing upper part (13) plate (12) Oscillating frame (7) Insert (11) PCB (10) Plug plate (12) Motor (8) - remove - remove - remove circlip (4) - remove cutter block support with foam rubber seal (5) and conical coil spring (6). - remove screws (17) and take off housing support (16). - Insert a coin into the marked indentation of the plug and turn it counterclockwise. Separate housing parts from each other. - remove from housing upper part (13). - remove from housing lower pad (14). - lift out of housing lower part (14) - unsolder the connection wires from the motor (8). - remove from housing lower part (14) - pull apart the sides of the motor housing in the housing lower part (14) - remove spring frame (9) and motor (8).

Assembly: · The assembly is made in reverse order.

Attention: · · · · · After each opening of the device a new plug plate (12) has to be inserted. Insert plug plate (12) in housing lower part (14), with the unlocking-pin "A" upwards. The PCB's wires should be soldered with the right polarization to the motor (8), ("plus"connection - red color, to motor outside connection with screening provision). Insert the PCB (10) exactly into housing lower part (14) and make contact in the plug plate. For security reasons, no repairs are to be performed on the PCB (10). The PCB is protected against humidity by means of a special lacquer.
