Philips 21'. The quality of picture (contrast) is very poor and even if i adjust it from the remote controll is still dark.I check TDA 3504 (video control combination) but still nothing..
Could be a beam-limiter fault. Check the voltage on the bottom end of the EHT winding, where they tap off for the beam-limiter circuit. It's quite common for the resistor from the H.T to this point to go o/c, or the decoupling capacitor to go s/c.
